friendly staff big tv close transport small room small shower dirty walls

the staff was very helpful and friendly, and always had a smile. my room was clean, and it had a big tv. the hotel is close to public transport, made getting around easy.

My room was a bit too small, i barely had space to move around. i think the shower was also small. I spoted dirt on it.

the staff at reception were so professional and kind. i really appreciated how helpful they were . i am grateful to the team and the hotel driver for their really good service. the hotel offered convenient access to transport links and local amenities.

i found that my room felt too small for comfort. the limited space made it difficult to fully relax.

underground station spacious room helpful staff small room worn curtain blocked drain

the location near the underground station made getting around easy. i found many shops and cafes within walking distance. the staff were very cute and helpful (they answered all my questions). the rooms were spacious and the air-con worked very well.

i was initially offered a basement room, it was small. the curtains looked worn and the laminate floor was not appealing. the shower drains were blocked, so water overflowed.
